What is PingTec' samples policy?

We will supply the first USD15.00 value (approximately) samples for FREE, shipping cost must be paid by international customers (or by using customers' FedEx/DHL/UPS account). Additional samples over USD15.00 value may be purchased as needed at catalogue list price. If you would like to place a sample order just let us know which items, at what quantity and preferred style (if any) you need and we will respond accordingly.

 What are PingTec' payment terms?

Our payment terms are 100% deposit to begin any custom tooling, samples or small order under USD2, 000 value. For production orders we require 30% deposit to begin, 70% balance before shipment.

What methods of payment does PingTec accept for SAMPLES?

Payment methods accepted are western union, bank transfer deposit, credit card (limited) and paypal for some sample orders.
