Idea and Concept Development:
Every great product begins with an Idea. PingTec works through the process and will bring your Idea to life. We’ll transform a verbal concept into a photo, samples or drawings and create 2-or 3-D renderings. We’ll also write general specs and work-through materials and determine packaging and cost estimates. If you’d like to make small or dramatic changes to your existing products, we can provide specs and samples to make simple modifications or build new tooling.

Product Design (if and where applicable):
Solid product design is one of the first steps to creating an appealing product. PingTec has the experience to give your product the look and feel to get your customers' attention
• Renderings: Our initial drawings are more than ink and paper; they’re a creative expression of vision that will define your product, sell a concept to your buyer and take your concept into the next phase of development.
• Prototypes: Professional models and sculptures bring products to life. PingTec creates a physical 3-D prototype to work through structural issues and begin the blueprint for production. We offer many options for prototyping both domestically and overseas depending on the purpose, timeline and budget.
• Engineer Drawings: The success of a custom product is grounded in its plans. PingTec takes pride and care in developing detailed drawings and specifications using the most advanced software available to translate concepts and prototypes into products. Furthermore, our experience and knowledge enables your product to meet US and foreign product safety and quality standards.
• Factory Selection: Who can produce your item on-time, on-budget and assure quality and confidence? PingTec has more than 15 years of experience in Global Manufacturing, especially in the US and Asia. Our network of factories covers a wide range of materials: from plastics to electronics, metal to wood and textiles to glass, porcelain or ceramic. We conduct a thorough evaluation of every factory we use and inspect the physical premises, review equipment lists, gauge capacity limits, validate certification (GMP, ISO, 6SIGMA) and conduct client on-site tours to assess quality and deliverability.
• Production Process: PingTec is solution-oriented and works through the toughest of production issues to assure completion of a project according to your specifications and schedule. During our production process, we’ll manage your timeline while maintaining high quality. You will see proofs and samples during the production process that result in passing inspections and on-time delivery.
Pack It.
Packaging and Co-Packing: When the product has multiple components, PingTec will pack it, maintain quality and deliver a final product that meets or exceeds your expectations. Pack outs are a costly and time-consuming part of the process for any company to manage. We do it near the source and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. PingTec maintains a full-service clean-room packing facility in China and the US for games, educational kits, confections and medical supplies.
POP Displays: PingTec can design, manufacture and pack your displays before they ship to your distribution center – or to your end-client.
