Shopping Guide

   General Information

Mininum Order

To ensure our customer receives the best quality products at lowest pricing, together with the best customer service. Our MOV (mininum order value) is US dollar 3,000 per order. For special order, our MOV can be U$2,000 per order with our appoval. We normally assign a dedicated account executive to quote, follow-up and communicate with you.

Lead Time

Normally, stock items without a custom imprint

Rush Orders

are shipped within 48 hours either from our US office or our China plant. Larger orders may require more time. On orders with custom imprint, digital proofs are usually sent to customers (when requested) within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped within 10-30 days after proof approval.

Rush orders are available on some products for an additional charge. Please call and discuss the shipping dates with our sales reps before placing an order with rush service.

Pricing Term

FOB China (Shenzhen, Hong Kong, etc.)

Custom/Duties/Taxes

Customers are responsible for ALL custom/duties and taxes when they importing from overseas, unless we agree to offer door-to-door service and be responsible for all importing issues.

Shipment Claim

If you have a claim which is incorrect with your shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Samples and Catalogs

Catalogs and flyers are provided at no charge and may be downloaded online at anytime. Please call or email our sales reps to request physical catalogs to be sent to your address at no charge. In-stock samples are billed at end quantity pricing plus shipping charges. Sample may not include any imprinting.

Over-Run and Under-Run policy

Every effort will be made to ensure our customer to have exactly the number of items they ordered. However, in case there is a replacement required, SourcingMax reserves the rights to ship blank product without logo imprinting.

Cancelllations

Any order cancellation required our written approval and our authourization return number. Cancellation of the order may result in 100% payment of the order or invoice, depending on the stage of production. 

Digtial layout Proof

The layout proof is a digital representation of the finished product and not exact. It confirms the logo position, location, and PMS color codes. Screen resolutions vary and the image may look distorted when sent electronically. Please note that delays in approving the artwork may result in delays in the delivery/shipping date.

Preproduction Sample Proof

A preproduction sample will be sent to customers for written approval if requested by the customer. The sample cost and shipping fees will be paid by the customer.  Please note that delays in approving preoproduction sample may result in delays in the delivery/shipping date

Can I place an order online?
No, you can not. You have to fax or email us the formal PO for our confirmation. The shopping cart, if turned on, will only show what products you are intersted in.

Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart (if shopping car feature is turned on)?
Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:
1. Cookies not enabled
2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
6. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.

If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.
